Like House’s 2024 Construction Progress: Blue Sky Tower and Prime Residence

As 2024 draws to a close, we are excited to share the remarkable progress made on two of our flagship projects: Blue Sky Tower and Prime Residence. These developments showcase our unwavering commitment to excellence in construction, design, and community building.

Blue Sky Tower Progress

At Blue Sky Tower, significant strides have been made across both residential and commercial spaces this year. From the reception and lobby to shared areas, progress is evident as we approach completion.

Block A Progress:

Block A is nearly ready for residents. Fire safety systems and sewage are fully operational, and all apartments have air conditioning and electrical systems installed. Interior finishing is well underway, with painting and furnishing in progress, ensuring a modern and comfortable living experience.

We anticipate delivering apartments of Block A in Spring 2025. This timeline allows us to ensure the highest quality standards for the property and its amenities. This timing also aligns with the start of the 2025 tourist season, giving an opportunity to begin generating revenue right away. 

Block B Progress:

Completed Milestones:

The street-facing facade is fully finished, reflecting a sleek, modern design. Safety remains a priority, with the fire alarm system and essential infrastructure such as water and sewage systems fully operational. Hydraulic tests of the water supply system were carried out as part of the installation of screeds.Work on the white frame structure continues steadily, with 6 floors completed. 

What’s Next?

By the end of this year, all elevators are expected to be installed, ensuring seamless mobility within the building. Major construction work is on track to conclude in early 2025, paving the way for residents to move into their new homes shortly thereafter.
