Customer Relations Manager

The construction-development company "Like House" (https://www.likehouse.ge/) is announcing a vacancy for the position of Customer Relations Manager in Batumi.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive information to customers about both ongoing and completed projects;

  • Make outgoing calls to customers, respond to incoming calls, redirect if necessary, and check missed calls and messages;

  • Communicate regularly with customers about construction progress and other updates;

  • Coordinate with various departments, gather information, and provide it to customers;

  • Timely identify and resolve customer needs or issues;

  • Send pre-drafted warning letters to customers, monitor and report;

  • Deliver high-standard service to existing and potential customers;

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;

Complete various tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education;

  • Knowledge of office software (MS Office);

  • Proficiency in English and Russian languages;

  • Experience in customer communication is an advantage.
